Pass Christian turned it on this weekend for the Gulf Coast Laser Championships with winds sitting at 10-15knots and the sun shining all day. With there being a smaller fleet than the team usually races against it proved to be a good chance to check early season speeds. We had 3 GCYSA sailors competing at the event. Michael Burns finished 2nd overall (1st in SEISA qualifier), Grace Austin finished 5th overall (also 1st girl) and Emma McInnis finished 9th overall (2nd SEISA qualifier).
